Returns / Exchanges
When you make a purchase at GBundle, we want to ensure that you receive the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. Maybe it doesn’t fit or you’d like a different color. Whatever the case may be, we want to make certain that your shopping experience with us is a positive one.
We pride ourselves on integrity and service, and are dedicated to delivering the best customer service to all of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any purchase made at GBundles.com, we will gladly refund or exchange it.
Gbundles.com will exchange / return any merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or used, and is in its original packaging with all tags attached. You may have a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) as long as the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. The credit card used on the original order will be used for any refunds or exchange price differences. If you paid with paypal the refund will be sent to your paypal account.
To return merchandise, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We usually respond within a couple hours but please allow up to 1 business day for a response. We will send you an email with return instructions.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in transit or return shipping costs. We highly recommend adding insurance and tracking information to your package through a carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We will process your return or exchange within 2 business days. Depending on your payment method the refund could take as long as 10 business days to show up on your credit card.
Defective / Incorrect Merchandise:
In the rare event you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise we will happily exchange or give you a refund. For all defective or incorrect items, we will incur the cost of the return shipping charges. To obtain a prepaid return label, please email us at email@example.com.
